About the Salon

Our second groomer, Megan, used to work at Groomingdale's as a bather before moving to North Carolina to go to school and gain experience in veterinary medicine. She is now back in our salon as a full-time groomer. Feel free to contact her via our contact tab regarding questions or to schedule an appointment. Megan is in the salon M-F for appointments and bath walk-ins. The phone number listed on our FaceBook, signs, and "Contact Us" tab is her direct line. Call or text.
We encourage all full-groom clients to make appointments to ensure our groomers are able to give your pet the time and attention it deserves.
**Rabies vaccination proof required at time of first appointment (for puppies less than 16wks of age, contact Megan)
**Breed restriction: No Akitas at this time
Prices vary by breed, coat condition, services (cut style), and groomer.
Opened in 2001, Groomingdale's has been serving the local community during weekend/by-appointment hours. We are very excited to announce that we are now open during the week for the first time, and are accepting new clients! We have two groomers in the salon. The founder, Michelle, works on Saturdays and specializes in feline grooms. She is currently unavailable for new appointments and/or walk-ins.
*​We are no longer accepting WALK-INS. Please contact Megan to make sure that a groomer is in the salon to bathe your pet if you do not have an existing appointment.

Adoption Special
Any dog adopted from a rescue or shelter is able to receive its first FULL SERVICE GROOM 50% off with Megan. MUST have dated adoption papers and up-to-date vaccine records. Contact Megan via our "Contact" tab, by phone (call/text), or by our facebook page to schedule an appointment! No size restrictions. No Akitas at this time.

Cancellation/Late Policy: Your appointment is time set aside for your pet, and your pet ONLY. We ask that you please give your groomer 48 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any less than 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for services, or a $25 charge for new clients, before another appointment time is given. If you are 30 minutes late or more for your pet’s appointment, the groomer has the right to reschedule your appointment for another. A missed appointment without a prior phone call will result in a 100% charge for services, or $40 for new clients, before another appointment time is given.
